Jeremy Minihan
Jeremy Minihan is a craftsman of the human form. In his odyssey through the health and fitness realm, spanning over twenty-five years, he has encountered a kaleidoscope of human diversity. His relentless quest for knowledge has unveiled a profound truth: the certainties of yesterday are the fallacies of today. This revelation has been most vivid in his metamorphosis into a sage of wellness. Armed with this insight, Jeremy has dedicated his life to forging a fellowship of health virtuosos, united by a common vision of authentic well-being. The Continuum’s cadre of coaches, in concert with their allies in wellness, strive in unison to kindle the flame of enlightenment in their disciples, weaving the threads of enduring health practices into the tapestry of everyday existence.
Ally Gelso
Ally joined Jeremy in 2015 as a Fitness Facilitator. She quickly realized her passion and knew she wanted to change lives for the better, becoming a fitness coach in 2017. Since then, her fitness career has consisted of training an array of clients. This span begins with adolescent sport players working on agility and speed, reaching to clients in their late 80’s continuing to focus on stability and simple movements. One of her main focuses is form, striving to learn different methods on articulating how you can make the movement better for your specific needs. She earned her bachelors degree in Studio Art from the University of Central Oklahoma. She uses her artistic abilities to create workouts and build a safe space for clients to feel confident. Ally strives to continuously expand her knowledge about the human body, through muscle and mind awareness.
Garrett White
Garrett is a full time OKC Firefighter and has been serving Oklahoma City for 6 years. Prior to becoming a firefighter he obtained a bachelors degree in Fire Protection & Safety Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He has always had a passion for fitness that began with sports taking him all the way through college baseball. In recent years his focus has been bodybuilding and functional fitness. He has competed at the National level in bodybuilding and also the national level in Fire Fighter Combat Challenge. When Garrett isn’t busy rescuing cats from trees, he enjoys weekends at Grand Lake with his wife, Sofia, dog Valentina, and family.
